If it is not possible to deliver your order to the address provided, then the delivery partner may leave the package at a collection point, with a neighbour or in a designated safe place. Further information will be available in the tracking.
If delivery was not possible or the package has not been collected for a certain time determined by the delivery partner or the collection point, then your order will likely be returned to us. Returns are separated from shipments therefore it is not possible to resend an order. A refund will be processed once the package is back in our warehouse.
If the tracking says that your order has been delivered but you are unable to find it, then please contact us.
