- Check if we already contacted you about an issue with your order (e.g. partial cancellation) - this may extend the delivery time slightly.
- Check the estimated delivery time - remember it usually only includes working days (Monday-Friday).
- Check the tracking to see if there's an update - there may be a delay where the carrier should post an update for you.
