Before contacting us, please:

  • Check if we already contacted you about an issue with your order (e.g. partial cancellation) - this may extend the delivery time slightly. 
  • Check the estimated delivery time - remember it usually only includes working days (Monday-Friday).
  • Check the tracking to see if there's an update - there may be a delay where the carrier should post an update for you.

If your order is late and there is no indication of when it will be delivered, please contact us
