The estimated delivery time is shown at the checkout. It may vary depending on the products ordered and the volume of orders we are receiving at the time. 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, it is possible that your order has not been shipped yet. You can check the status of your order at any time with your order number and email address.

• We have taken out transport insurance for every order that leaves our warehouse. 
• Delivery times and carriers are set according our procedures and are unchangeable.
• The number of days in the estimated delivery time usually excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Tracking may not update until the package has been scanned into the UK delivery network which can take a few days.
