To redeem a promo code, the same e-mail address to which the voucher was sent must be used for the order as they are not transferrable. Only one promo code can be redeemed per order. Promo codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash and do not accrue interest.
All promo codes have a validity period and sometimes a minimum order value (incl. VAT, excl. delivery costs). The specific validity and minimum order value conditions can be found in the fine print at the end of the email containing the promo code.
In case of return or cancellation of an order, the credited amount of the promo code will not be refunded, and the code cannot be used again.
