Common issues & important information

• The promo code may have already been redeemed.
• The validity period of promo code may have already expired.
• Your order must meet the conditions of the promo code e.g. there may be a minimum order value or excluded brands.
• Only one promo code can be redeemed per order but you can combine a gift card with a promo code.
• It is best to copy and paste the promo code from the email without any spaces.
