The CN23 form is a customs declaration form that is required when returning products from the UK to Germany.

Important information

• If your return label has an address within the UK then the CN23 form is not required. Orders being returned from the Republic of Ireland don’t need this form either. 
• The information required for the form can be found below, on your return label or on your invoice.  
• The importer’s name is Internetstores GmbH and you will need to sign both the ‘Declaration of origin’ and the section ‘To be completed by the sender.’
