The return period for unused products is 14 days from the date that you receive your order. Returns are free when you use our return label.

Important information 

• Products must be perfectly clean, without any traces of wear and in the original packaging.
• Exchanges are not possible. If you need a different size, model, or colour then you will have to place a new order.
• If you need to return a damaged product, please see legal guarantee.
• We can arrange a collection for return in case of large products. This service is free and does not require a return label.
