First of all, we advise you collect to proof of return, in case of any issues with a returned order. If you made the return using a UPS or DPD return label from us, then the package will be sent to our UK returns hub.
Once received, the item(s) will be inspected and as long as our standards for return are met, a refund will be automatically initiated to the original payment method. You may not receive the return confirmation email for some time until the package is returned in a bulk shipment to our main warehouse in Germany. Generally, the whole return process takes up to 14 working days from the time you send the item(s) back to us.
If the return is due to a warranty complaint, then the process may be a little different. Our Customer Care Team are here to advise you more specifically in these instances.
