Once your order has been shipped, you will find a tracking ID in the shipping confirmation email that you can use to track the progress of delivery. You can also view tracking at any time in your customer account in the order history section.
Our delivery partners collect parcels from our warehouses three times a week. The tracking ID is activated when the shipping label is generated in our warehouse but will only show an update when the package has reached the UK which can take up to five working days. If your package hasn’t been delivered to you in more than 10 working days, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
