We have a self-service portal where you can access your invoice(s). Did you order with a customer account or as a guest?


If you have a customer account:

1. Log into your customer account.
2. Go to the "Orders" section and open the desired order. 
3. Click on "Request invoice" and the invoice will open in a new tab.

If you ordered as a guest or cannot access your customer account: 

2. Type in your order number (BKU....) and associated email address. Click send. 
3. Click on "Request invoice" and the invoice will open in a new tab.
