We use DPD and UPS to deliver small parts and clothing. For bulky and fragile items, we use UPS or Koch International.


After they’ve picked up your package from our logistics centre, you’ll receive shipment confirmation via e-mail. Sign in to your customer account on our website to check the status of your order.


If you don't have an account with us, tracking details will be sent via email once your item is shipped. It is not possible to select a specific delivery partner.
